- Head of Engineering – Research & Development
As Head of Engineering (R&D), you will lead the development of SMD’s technical solutions, from design through to integration into our machines.
You will manage a multidisciplinary team, oversee R&D projects and ensure their successful delivery. You will supervise the design of complex systems and contribute to product innovation and continuous machine improvement.
This is a full-time position with a 100% remote working model, offering maximum flexibility while collaborating with international teams and partners.
- Independent Sales Agent – Industrial Machinery for Corrugated Board
As an independent sales agent, you will actively contribute to the development of SMD within your assigned territory.
Your objective: expand SMD’s commercial presence among corrugated board manufacturers and converters.
Working autonomously, you will act as a true growth partner.
You will develop and manage a client portfolio, identify business opportunities, prospect within your territory, and analyze the local market and competition to adapt your sales strategy.
